Ordering FAQs
Once you have decided which product you like, proceed to checkout, enter your details or log on and continue to the payment window. If you experience any problems please call us on 01604 261681 and we will be more than happy to assist.
We provide free delivery to Mainland UK
Payments can be made by card at checkout. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payment Links are available at request if you email hello@branditpack.co.uk.
All of our prices are excluding VAT. VAT will be added during checkout.

Yes, orders can be changed before production starts. Just give us a call on 01604 261681 and we’ll be happy to make the necessary adjustments. However, once you approve your artwork and we begin production, we can’t make any changes. Orders can also be refunded before artwork is approved.
Your printed greaseproof or packaging will be despatched in 7-10 working days from proof approval. It’s 15 working days for food packaging. Normally, deliveries are next day but on occasion can take longer. Please call us on 01604 261681 or email hello@branditpack.co.uk if you experience a delay. If you require your food packaging sooner, we do offer an express service which you can request through emailing hello@branditpack.co.uk (make sure to reference phone number and email address).
Yes we deliver outside of the UK Mainland to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Channel Islands and more, however all orders outside of England, Wales and Scotland need to be submitted through our Custom Quote page for approval.

Artwork FAQs
Absolutely! We have a team of experienced designers who will carefully review your logo for any potential issues. If we find any problems, we’ll contact you right away so we can fix them before sending your artwork to proof.
Yes, you will receive an email with a proof of your design within 1 working day of submitting your artwork. You will need to approve this proof before we can print your order. Weekends are not considered business days, so if you submit your artwork on a Friday, you will not receive your proof until Monday.
The best format you can send your logo to us is PDF, AI, or EPS as these formats are vector-based. This means they can be scaled to any size without compromising the quality. If you don’t have your logo in one of these formats, we may still be able to help. Please get in touch or request a free mock-up to see if we can work with your current logo file.
You don’t have to! Our design team will create your design for you. Just tell us what you want, upload your logo, place your order, and we’ll send you a proof.
You can upload your logo or artwork before or after ordering.
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll print it and ship it!
Product FAQs
All our food boxes are sustainably sourced and printed with plant-based inks, however the glued press lock base boxes have glue on. Glue is not recyclable or biodegradable. Our product descriptions mention if the product has been pre-glued so any products without glue are recyclable.
Of course, we have black and white as standard colours but we can supply our flat food containers in any CMYK colour.
Yes, we make and print all our food boxes, custom greaseproof paper, foil lids, and more in our factory in Northampton, UK.

To reduce our impact on the environment we only source from sustainable forests and create our products to be recyclable and biodegradable where possible. All our printing is done with only food safe, plant-based inks.
